The location
The holiday home is situated on a large plot, surrounded by a former vineyard.
The property is located on the edge of the small village of Las Manchas.

The house is in a quiet location, but you can reach the village after a 10-minute walk. There you will find a shop and a rustic cave pub.

Las Manchas, situated on the sunny west side, has a mild climate almost all year round. From there, you only need about ten minutes to the beaches in your rental car. It takes about the same time to get to Los Llanos and El Paso.

In the centre of Las Manchas is Plaza Glorietta. This plaza is an artistically designed square with a newly built wine museum.
From the front door you can quickly reach the beaches or the hiking areas.

The holiday home
The holiday home Casa Calma has a total living area of approx. 150 m².
The furnishing of the house as well as the available accessories can be described as comfortable and functional.

In the two living rooms (one with a spacious kitchen, the other reading and TV room with German satellite TV),
3 bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms you can comfortably spend your holiday with 2 - 7 persons.

All rooms are oriented in such a way that they face the sea. The terrace around the house is accessible without steps.

The conservatory, which offers a magnificent panoramic view over the sea and the mountains, will also delight you during the evening sunsets.

Several seating areas in the garden invite you to relax.
At the entrance of the house, there is a sheltered spot by the large, magnificent bougainvillae.
To the southwest is a large terrace. From there, a path leads to the garden roundabout, where there is a barbecue area.
On hot days you can use the existing outdoor shower.

A gardener comes every week and takes care of the garden. Of course you don't have to take care of the garden, because every second or third day an automatic watering system is in operation.
